Return Policy

We hope that you love your purchase; however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us. (
We will accept returns of Boutique Clothing and/or Shoes for a store credit.
*Due to the nature of special occasion merchandise, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or issue store credits for any other merchandise purchased through our online boutique, including but not limited to prom dresses, pageant gowns, cocktail dresses, earrings, pageant swimsuits, etc.*

Return Process-
-To return Boutique Clothing and/or Shoes you must submit a return request to our email within 2 days from the date you received the merchandise. (
-You must include in the email: Your name, contact information, the date you ordered the item, the name or style number of the item you wish to return and the reason of return request. (if you would like the same item in a different size please specify in the email)
-Once we receive your email a customer service representative will be in contact with you.
-Once you are notified that your exchange request is approved your merchandise must be shipped back within 2 days after the return approval was emailed to you. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK VIA USPS (United States Postal Service) or your return will not be received. 
*Please Note: Any returns postmarked after 2 days of the date you received your return approval, and/or any returns that were not authorized to be returned will be refused.*  
-Returned goods must be returned unused, in original condition with all tags attached.
-Original Shipment fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
-If the merchandise included in the returning shipment is over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise. 
-Returns are inspected upon receipt.
-You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed, which will include the information for your store credit.
-The store credit will be issued in the form a code that can be used at checkout. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
-Your store credit code will have a 14 day expiration date from the date we send you the store credit code, after your return is processed. All items purchased with store credit are FINAL sale.

Damaged packages-
All of our merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. In the event that your package is damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so we are able to rectify the problem with the carrier and email you instructions on how to proceed. (
Clearance Items-
Clearance items might have some imperfections, these items imperfections will be noted before purchase. These items can not be returned because of the imperfections. Clearance items are all final sale.
